CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel at Kampong Glam

Great value for money as accomodation in Singapore is very expensive and normally have bad reviews. However this hostel is very modern, clean, fantastic local advice from Sandy on the front desk, and a hearty breakfast of eggs, rice, fresh fruit, toast and cereal that never ran out. Our double capsule bunk had a pull down desk, secure locker, plug socket with usb charger and lamps. There is a pull down black out curtain for privacy. The rule is to be quiet in the dorm, but bring earplugs just in case there is a snorer!! There was also large secure lockers for our backpacks. Beds were comfy and my 6ft 1 husband slept well. They also give you new 'slippers' to use for the showers. Showers had hot water. Great location within walking distance (5 mins ) to the MRT (Metro)

The location of the CUBE hotel could not be better! It is right in the heart of the Muslim district of Singapore, surrounded by cultural and historical sites. In terms of the hotel itself the staff were very friendly, the rooms were as advertised, the showers were great, and getting to and from the airport could not have been easier. Would easily recommend this spot to fellow solo travellers wanting to see the city on an extended stopover.

I think this hotel provides good service, due to when I registered by the app and failed to submit my information. The staff is willing to help to check by manual, that soon to solve the problem. The location of the hotel is good, near the MRT Bugis station about 7~10 minutes to get to the hotel. Not only near the MRT station, but also there is some sightseeing or meals (Arab district, Sultan Mosque, Sungei Road Laksa, Ah Chew Desserts) near the hotel. And the room of space is larger than I have seen before. There is a small space that can store the stuff if you don't want to open your luggage always. The last one wifi is smooth when you connect with your devices.

- Location is convenient enough for 2 MRT stations (Bugis and Nicoll Highway) - Plenty of restaurants, food stalls, and convenient stores around - The receptionist Mr Sadi has been very helpful and has exceptional service - Breakfast buffet every 8am-10am was very good - I got a lower capsule bed and it was adequate enough for me in my short stay. - Plenty of storage space - Washing machine and dryer for use at the hotel (you need to use the newer 1 dollar coins though) - Bathroom has shower gel and shampoo - Toilet has bidets - There are two dining areas, one with larger tables and more seating with aircon, and the other one has smaller tables and higher chairs without aircon - Hotel has shoe cabinets - Hotel shared rooms are secured with individual keycards
